As a coach, writer, and trainer, I’ve been passionate about helping coaches, leaders, and teams scale their conversations in an evolving workplace for more than 2 decades — whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid.

I wrote the world's first book on Group Coaching back in 2009 - Effective Group Coaching and over the last 20 years I've trained thousands of professional coaches through ICF-CCE approved training via the Group Coaching Essentials series of programming, and our 70 hour Group Coaching Certification.

As a pioneer of group and team coaching I have been a long-time advocate for practical, experience-driven approaches to coaching and change.
